# Noms is closing on 30 October 2026

**Noms is closing to users on 30 October 2026.** This page covers what you'll need to know ahead of time.

### If you don't have a Noms account yet

Signups will close on **14 September 2026**. Noms is no longer accepting new users.

For meeting notes, you can use alternatives such as **Transcribe X**, **Scribe** and **Pair Chat's Writing Templates**. (Learn more [here](#what-to-use-instead))

### If you're an existing user

Please start using the alternatives [below](#what-to-use-instead) for your meetings from **14 September 2026** onwards.

Before Noms closes, make sure you **export any existing meeting notes you want to keep**. We recommend doing this well ahead of **30 October 2026**.

### FAQs

#### How do I export my existing notes?

1. Log in to Noms as usual.
2. Open each meeting note you want to keep.
3. Click on **Export as docx**
4. Repeat for each note you want to retain.&#x20;

There is currently no bulk export option, so you'll need to export your notes individually.

#### What happens on 30 October?

You will no longer be able to log in to Noms or access anything stored there, including your meeting notes.

Any notes that have not been exported by then **cannot be recovered afterwards**.

#### Will I lose any data?

Only data that is still stored in Noms after the closure date will be inaccessible.

Please export any notes you want to keep before 30 October 2026, and **start using the alternatives above from 14 September 2026.**
